IDENTIFICATION AND CONTACT DATA OF THE RESPONSIBLE The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF TELE WORKERS domiciled at Calle Hospital, 1, 28223, Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid, with CIF G-81831169, and telephone 91 799 10 30 (the "ANT") is responsible for treatment of your personal data. The following privacy policy provides information on the use that ANT will make of your personal data as a user of the web. The Privacy Policy is intended to help you to better understand the rights contained in the General Data Protection Regulation ("RGPD"). If you have any questions regarding the processing of your personal data, please contact the DPO responsible for the firm, at the email: privacy@teletrabajoant.es PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT The personal information provided by the User will be processed for the purpose of: ( i) keep you informed of news related to teleworking and ANT -subscription to newsletters-; (ii) be able to contact you to provide information about our services -in case you have requested it-, and where appropriate, for the correct provision of the contracted service; and (iii) if you have completed the affiliation form or filled out the contact form, for incorporation into the ANT affiliate and contact database. We inform you that we will not transfer your data to third parties unless legally required. However, those responsible for the treatment of the ANT may access them in the performance of their duties. Likewise, we inform you that your data will remain blocked for the attention of judicial, administrative or fiscal claims, during the periods that result from the applicable legislation. CONSERVATION OF THE DATA PROVIDED BY THE USER In the event that you complete and submit the affiliation form, we inform you that your data will remain active in the ANT affiliate database, indefinitely until you decide to give up Unsubscribe as an ANT affiliate, sending an email to bajaafiliados@teletrabajoant.es. Once this action has been carried out, the blocking obligation determined by current legislation may be established. Any other information will be kept by ANT as long as it is necessary to comply with its legal obligations. EXERCISE OF YOUR ARCO RIGHTS We inform you that according to the regulations on data protection in force, you can exercise, at any time, the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, portability and the right to request the limitation of the processing of your data personal. In this sense, you must send an email to the following email address privacy@teletrabajoant.es, attaching a copy of the document that proves your identity. In the event that you consider that any of your data has been treated incorrectly, we inform you that you may also file a claim with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection.
