Occupational development
Telework represents a source of opportunities for the development of employment in local environments, that is, in those places where there is little implantation of the business and industrial sectors and consequently a low supply of employment in the presence model. For this reason, the local organisms - City councils - have to look for means of connection with these productive centers for the development of local employment, in this modality of teleworking.
Formation plans
The ANT has been a leader, since 1995, in preparing training plans for teleworkers who want to develop their profession from their homes located in the different Spanish municipalities. In this way, the residents of a municipality remain rooted in it, overcoming their difficulties -family expenses, travel limitations, etc.-, which also contributes to preserving local value.

The ANT accredits local entities and organizations that contribute to the telework model with express recognition of "TELEWORK PROMOTER", issuing a series of diplomas and mentions.
