Creation of Telework Centers
The process of implementing the teleworking-based job dispensing model has to be gradual in a company. To this end, Business Telework Centers (CTE) are conceived, which allow face-to-face staff to evolve into templates for teleworkers, simulating, in a first phase, telepresence.
Formation plans
