LEGAL INFORMATION AND ACCEPTANCE These provisions regulate the use of the Internet web environment service (the "Web Environment") that the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF TELE-WORKERS ("ANT") makes available to Internet users. The use of the Web Environment establishes the condition of user of the Web Environment (the "User") and implies acceptance of the conditions included in this Legal Notice. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY All the contents of the Web Environment (texts, audiovisuals -photos, audio, graphics, images, icons-, design, software, links -links-) (the "Contents"), are the intellectual property of ANT, without that can be used by third-party developers and users, without the express authorization of the ANT, including their exploitation. The trade names and logos, as well as any symbology incorporated into the Web Environment is the property of the ANT, without any use being made of them without the express authorization of the ANT. CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE PORTAL The User undertakes to make correct use of the Web Environment and its Contents, in accordance with current legal regulations on the use of information services. The User will respond to the ANT for any damages that may be caused as a consequence of the violation of legal regulations. All the information provided by the User through entries in the Web Environment is subject to a confidentiality and data protection regime, in accordance with current legislation on the matter. EXCLUSION OF RESPONSIBILITY The ANT is not responsible for the use that any User may make of the information contained in the Web Environment, without the information that is published in said Web Environment supplying any advice or provision of service, the ANT being exempt from damages that they can ask the User for the use of said information. CONDITIONS OF THE WEB ENVIRONMENT Access to the Web Environment does not imply the ANT's obligation to maintain a contingency system against cyber attacks, declining any responsibility vis-à-vis the users who may incur the access to said Web Environment. It corresponds to the User, therefore, the provision of all protection mechanisms to protect their own systems and prevent intrusion into their equipment. AVAILABILITY OF THE WEB ENVIRONMENT Access to the Web Environment is provided through computer and communications companies -ISPs-, for whose operation, efficiency, security and continuity the ANT is not responsible. In this sense, the Web Environment may or may not be available without deriving any responsibility from the ANT. LINKS WITH THIRD PARTIES THROUGH THE WEB SITE In the event that the Web Environment had links to other signatures or electronic references -URLs-, which could be accessed from this Web Environment, the ANT declines any responsibility for the correct operation of the links or services provided at destination. These electronic references or links may or may not be agreed with the ANT, so no responsibility is assumed for the content, opinions or orientation of any kind - ideological, political, social, etc. - of said references. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA In the Privacy Policy section you can find the criteria for the treatment of information related to personal data. LEGISLATION Any consideration regarding our Web Environment will be governed by current Spanish legislation, even in the event that the User accesses our Web Environment from other locations abroad.
